Bulldogs at Work

Take a peek inside Balmoral to see our Bulldogs hard at work!

Mrs. Richardson’s Kindergarten class had a great time celebrating Read Across America Week! Each day featured fun reading activities inspired by Dr. Seuss books. Students made hats for The Cat in the Hat and wore crazy socks while designing their own pair after reading Fox in Socks. They also took turns trying to say the book’s silly tongue twisters! To wrap up the fun, students showed their green spirit for Green Eggs and Ham day and even got to try some “green eggs”—most students liked them!

Balmoral’s second graders brought history to life with their Biography Bottle Buddies! Students researched influential African Americans for Black History Month, created their Bottle Buddy projects, and proudly presented their biographies to their classmates. We love seeing our students share their learning!

Mr. Kristin’s 4th grade class wrapped up Black History Month with an engaging research project! Students explored the lives and accomplishments of 25 influential African Americans. We are so proud of their hard work, curiosity, and thoughtful learning!

Balmoral’s instructional classroom students took center stage in the gym for the Living Wax Museum in celebration of Black History Month! Students researched influential Black leaders, artists, athletes, and changemakers — then brought them to life through powerful presentations and impressive facts. Balmoral is so proud of the hard work, courage, and dedication these students showed while honoring the impact and legacy of these historical figures. What an engaging and meaningful way to celebrate Black history!
