Keep Learning This Summer! 

On May 29, all Balmoral students in grades K–4 received a Lumos Summer Learning workbook to help prevent summer learning loss and keep academic skills sharp throughout the break.

These workbooks are designed to provide just 15 minutes of learning each day through engaging, standards-aligned activities in math, reading, writing, vocabulary, and science. Students will also find puzzles, challenges, and other interactive activities that make learning fun while reinforcing essential grade-level skills.

Each workbook includes 10 weeks of practice, answer keys to support families, and access to free online resources, including an interactive AI tutor, daily math and ELA challenges, science quizzes, and summer reading activities.

Students who complete 100% of their Lumos workbook and return it on the first day of school, August 17, will earn a spot at a special Game Truck Celebration! 

A small investment of time each day can make a big difference. We encourage all of our Bulldogs to take on the challenge and return to school ready to learn!
