Midwest PBIS Recognition
Balmoral Elementary has recently been recognized for our efforts to implement an equitable, multi-tiered system of support and has been recognized as a PBIS school, receiving one designated badge reflecting our level of implementation: the storytelling badge:
Storytelling Badge - School teams that improve their implementation of PBIS regularly see improved school culture and climate and other impacts on student, family, and staff outcomes. The Storytelling badge is awarded to teams that develop a teaching and learning story about their journey to improve the climate and culture of their schools. Midwest PBIS reviews it and determines whether to grant badges to deserving schools.
